General Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Irrigationdeals.com website.

The Contract

The on-line contract is between the purchaser and Irrigationdeals.com. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Ordering Process

The customer can purchase the products present on the on-line catalogue at the time of placing the order, available on www.irrigationdeals.com as described on each product page. The images are for information only and can differ in colour, dimensions or accessories present in the image. Irrigation Deals does not accept any responsibility for any missing information or errors on the website and reserves the right to remove or modify its contents. Irrigation Deals does not accept any responsibility on the informations published on the website or any damage caused by its use. Therefore no guarantee nor declaration of information accuracy is given and decline any responsibility for errors or omission in the contents. The order correct despatch is confirmed by Irrigation Deals via a confirmation email sent to the email address given by the customer at the time of placing the order. The above mentioned confirmation email will display Time and Date of the order placement and a 'Customer Order Number' which must be use in any further communication with Irrigation Deals. The email will display all informations given by the client and will be his/her responsibility to immediately inform Irrigation Deals of any mistake via the hereby given means.

The invoice can only be requested at the time of the order, by sending the tax billing information. It is not possible to request an invoice late. Our company operates in simplified accounting and records sales as per Italian law in the fees register. For the guarantee, keep the payment document

Payments

We accept payments in advance via all major credit cards, Pay Pal or bank transfer. Any order paid by bank transfer payment will be processed only once the funds have cleared on our account, usually within 3 days from making the transfer. When making the transfer please ensure both Customer Order Number and the customer Name/Surname are specified in the payment reference.

Delivery

Irrigation Deals produces a Delivery Note for each order processed. The delivery costs are shown on the purchase agreement and are payable by the customer. To exercise the warranty, the customer is required to keep the payment note for the product. No responsibility is taken by Irrigation Deals for delays in the processing or delivery of the order. The delivery is intended to street level only. At the time of delivery by the courier, the customer MUST check: the integrity of the packing not being damaged nor wet or altered in any way including the sealing material (adhesive tape and metal strips). Any damage must be shown to the courier immediately. Once the customer has signed and accepted the delivery note, no complaints will be accepted with regards to the parcel exterior condition. Any complaint regarding the product integrity, the correspondence or the entirety must be received within 7 days of the delivery date via the hereby given means. Should an order not be collected within 5 working days, the customer will be liable for any storage costs incurred as well as any return delivery cost.

Products Availability

Most of the products on our website are available. Irrigation Deals is not liable for any delay due to unavailable products.

Warranty

Irrigation Deals only markets original quality products and the manufacturer warranty applies on them. In the event of any manufacturing problem or defect the customer can contact directly the appropriate manufacturer customer service. Its terms and conditions are available on the product's certificate attached to it. With regards to the product with an Irrigation Deals warranty, the customer will be liable for both delivery expenses (sending and receiving the item).

Cancellations and Returns Policy

According to the current legislation, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase except in the following instances: To exercise the above right the customer has to contact Irrigation Deals within 10 working days from receiving the items. The above will have to be sent in writing by recorded mail. Once the above is received, Irrigation Deals Customer Service will contact the customer explaining the return procedures within 10 working days. The right to return is anyway subject to: the right is only applicable to the whole order, it is not possible to return a single item. The good must be returned in its integrity and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the box, manuals and documents, accessories such as cabling etc.); in order to avoid damages to the original casing, we recommend to use a further case. -The delivery charges for the return are payable by the customer. -The deliver is under the customer responsibility until the confirmation of its receipt by Irrigation Deals. -Should the goods be damaged during the transport, Irrigation Deals will contact the customer (within 5 working days from its receipt) to allow any complaints to the courier company to be made and any refund to be agreed with the courier (should the goods be insured). -Irrigation Deals declines any damage or theft responsibility for uninsured goods. - Once the item is delivered to our warehouse it will be inspected to evaluate any damage unrelated to the transport. Should the packaging and/or the original box be damaged, Irrigation Deals will deduct a 10% for its replacement. Except for any above mentioned charges, Irrigation Deals will refund the entire amount paid within 30 days from the receipt of goods, via a credit card refund or bank transfer. In the latter the customer is responsible for immediately submitting all the necessary and correct bank details he wishes to receive the refund to. The right to return is inapplicable should the integrity be compromised (packaging and contents) in the event Irrigation Deals acknowledges: - The original packaging is missing and/or the whole original internal packaging; - The missing of any integral product part (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ….); -Any damage to the product other than the transport. Should the right of return be inapplicable, Irrigation Deals will return the good to the customer charging the delivery costs.

Customer obligations

The customer agrees,once the on-line buying process is concluded, to print and keep this document (General Conditions) which however has been previously read and agreed, it being a compulsory step of the purchase, as well as all the specifications of the good being purchased.

Authorisations

Compiling the appropriate space on the website, the customer authorises Irrigation Deals to use his credit card or other cards issued as its replacement to charge on its current account in favour of Irrigation Deals the total amount due for the on-line purchase. The transaction is made via a secure connection directly connected to the Bank, in charge and managing the on-line payment service, which is inaccessible to Irrigation Deals.

Privacy Policy

All personal data required in the ordering process are collected and treated exclusively to satisfy the customer requirements e they will never be passed on to third parties. Irrigation Deals guarantees your privacy as for the Data Protection Act.

Applicable Law

The contract between Irrigation Deals is made and regulated under the Italian Laws. Any controversy regarding the on-line contract mentioned is competence of the Brindisi jurisdiction.
